Averlyn Tech

Nationwide Rollouts

Opening thirty locations this year is not thirty small IT projects. It's one program that has to produce the same result thirty times, in thirty markets, against dates set by a construction schedule you don't control.

We run that program. Averlyn Tech takes ownership of the full deployment scope — survey, procurement, staging, cabling, network build, equipment installation, testing, and closeout — and delivers it site by site against your calendar.

The work starts with a single site standard developed with your team. Once it's approved, it becomes the build document for every location: the same equipment, the same cabling spec, the same network configuration, the same labelling, the same closeout package. A technician walking into your Surrey location and one walking into your Moncton location are building the identical site.

Coordinating that across the country is the part most vendors underestimate. Permitting timelines differ by municipality. Low-voltage licensing requirements differ by province. Freight into the Maritimes, Northern Ontario, or the territories has to be planned weeks earlier than freight into the GTA. We build those realities into the schedule at the start, rather than discovering them at site eighteen.

You get one project manager, a site-by-site schedule, and status reporting that tells you exactly where each location stands. When a general contractor pushes a date — and one always does — we resequence around it and tell you what it means for the rest of the program.

Predictable dates

Sites open when the calendar says they open, because the schedule is built around your construction timeline, not ours.

Identical sites

Every location built to the same document — which means every location can be supported the same way afterward.
