How we solve it

We build to a single store standard and deploy it in every market you enter, sequenced against your construction schedule. Existing locations get brought onto the same standard through structured refresh programs — one region at a time, without closing stores. And because the network is templated and monitored, a problem in one location doesn't require a discovery project to diagnose.

The challenge

Restaurant IT fails at the worst possible moments. A drive-thru timer, a KDS screen, or a payment terminal going down during peak service isn't an IT ticket — it's lost revenue that hour, measured against a very short window. And most groups are running a franchise mix where no two locations were built quite the same way.

How we solve it

We standardize the site build so every restaurant has the same network, the same cabling, and the same equipment, then monitor all of it continuously. Maintenance and patching happen outside service hours by default — scheduled per time zone, so a Vancouver location isn't patched during its lunch rush because the window was set in Eastern time. When something does need hands on site, dispatch is measured against response targets you agreed to, not best effort.

The challenge

Multi-site healthcare organizations carry the operational complexity of a chain plus a regulatory obligation that a chain doesn't have — and in Canada that obligation changes when you cross a provincial border. Clinic networks touch patient data, connected medical devices, and scheduling systems that can't go down during patient hours. Expansion through practice acquisition makes it harder: every acquired location arrives with its own inherited infrastructure and its own gaps.

How we solve it

We bring acquired and legacy locations onto a common, documented standard with segmentation appropriate to clinical environments. Deployments are scheduled around patient hours. Where personal health information is involved, we scope infrastructure and backup to keep data inside Canada and inside the province where that's required. Documentation, access controls, and change records are produced as deliverables, not reconstructed later when someone asks for them.

The challenge

Branch networks are held to a security and audit standard that most retail footprints aren't. Every location needs consistent controls, verifiable configurations, and an evidence trail — and an auditor doesn't accept "that branch was built by a different contractor" as an explanation. For credit unions and caisses populaires, the same expectations arrive with a fraction of the internal IT capacity to meet them.

How we solve it

We deploy branch infrastructure to a documented, repeatable standard with security controls applied identically at every site. Configurations are version-controlled and backed up, changes are logged, and closeout documentation is complete enough to hand to an examiner. Field technicians are background-checked and credentialed for financial environments, and we can scope engagements so that data and backups remain in Canada.

The challenge

Distribution centres and industrial facilities are hostile to standard IT installations. Ceiling heights, racking, dust, temperature, and constant physical movement break wireless coverage designs that would work fine in an office — and the operation runs on scanners and handhelds that need coverage everywhere, not mostly everywhere. Canadian sites add their own problem: unheated space and freezer environments where equipment rated for an office simply won't survive a winter.

How we solve it

We design wireless for the environment as it actually operates, including racking layouts and seasonal density changes, then validate coverage after installation rather than assuming the design held. Cabling, enclosures, and pathways are specified for industrial and cold-environment conditions. Monitoring covers the floor, not just the server room.
